Jenny has over 25 years international experience in the field of leadership development, personal empowerment, and talent management. She is a Dutch national, who believes in living life by design, not default. Since 2013 she has worked extensively in the construction industry, in the UAE and Qatar. At the Big Projects Middle East Awards 2017 her ‘Evolve’ Leadership Development programme won the 2017 Skills Development Award. Jenny is passionate about working with leaders who need to inspire and lead their teams in complex, fast changing environments, personal transformation and transitioning future leaders. She studied Business Sciences and Human Resources Management in the U.K. and South Africa, and she is also a trained counsellor, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Trainer and Coach and is committed to lifelong learning. After a career in corporate H.R. management, she became a facilitator and coach 20 years ago, specialising in high engagement workshops and coaching. She has facilitated over 8,000 coaching sessions during this period. Jenny works across multiple leading industries internationally. She is a practical, out of the box thinker, and people describe her as supportive, fun and transformational to work with.
